PROCEDURES
BELOW IS PROCEDURE AND IT IS NON-NEGOTIABLE:
{1} Buyer issue ICPO to Seller with banking information.
{2} Seller issue FCO to buyer, buyer countersign FCO and send back
to seller with a letter of
acceptance of procedure and conditions of transaction.
{3} Seller issue draft contract open for amendments, buyer
countersign contract and return to seller.
{4} Seller sends Final and approved contract in PDF format to
buyer, Buyer and Seller lodge contract
with their respective banks.
{5} The contract comes into force under acceptance from both
Parties (and from their respective
Banks) of the quality of the transmitted Financial Instruments.
{6} Buyer issue MT**0 as POF to seller’s nominated bank.
{7} Upon received of scanned copy of buyer’s MT**0 (POF) Seller
Bank Swift the original
“Purchase Allocation Code” (LEGALIZATION) to Buyer’s Bank with Full
POP Documents includes 2% PB.
i. Commercial Invoice
ii. SGS/CCIC Certificate
iii. Certificate of Decontamination
iv. Export Permit Certificate and Export license
v. Certificate of Ownership
vi. One original certificate of weight.
vii. Certificate of Guarantee and Immunity,
viii. Original copy of bill of lading.
ix. Certificate of Non Radiation
x. Copy of the AQSIQ (If needs)
xi. Certificate of Origin issued and endorsed by Government.
xii. Copy of cable or Fax sent to the Buyer within forty eighty
(*8) hours after loading of the product,
advising particulars of shipment including: name of commodity,
quantity, weight, value, number of
contract
xiii. Copy of JSC RUSSRAIL contract to transport the product to the
port, Railways Wagon manifest
documents. (If needs)
xiv. Copy of the port storage agreement.
{8} Buyer lodges MT**3 into Seller Bank.
