Upward Casting Line for Copper Rod

Description

  Oxygen-free copper rod casting machine is capable of producing directly from cathode copper bright and long-oxygen-free copper rod, copper tube, flat copper bar and other special shaped copper meterial. The capacity of the UPCAST is in 4 models of 2,**0 tons, 3,**0 tons, 4,****6,**0 tons and 8,*****0,**0 tons annually, and the copper rod diameters will be Φ 8mm, Φ*4.4mm, Φ*7mm, Φ*0mm, Φ*5mm and so on. As compared with the black copper rod produced by traditional method from copper ingot, the rod produced by this new up-ward continuous casting technolgy has its advantage of better quality, low production cost, low investment and no pollution in production.
