Product Description

Application:

-             Microbial cultivation, plant and animal cell culture

Compositon and features

-             Fermentation tank is designed with the double-layer jacket made from 316L or 304 stainless steel. The inner layer contains fermentation solution, the outer layer contains thermoregulator water for fermentation or sterilization process.

-             Tanks capacity: optional from 10L-1000L. Surface finish following pharmaceutical standard Ra < 0.45 μm.

-             Sterilization in place is optional with the heater or heat. Sterilization temperature is up to 1250 C.

-             Fermentaion or sterilization thermoregulator through circulation jacket water allows thermoregulation at points.

-             Stirring system is optional with top stirring shaft, bottom stirring shaft or magnetic stirring.

-             Sterile air filtration system for gas supply and exhaust is 0.2 μm hydrophobic membrane made from PTFE by Sartorius Germany.

-             Air supply system through Spager maximizes oxygen dissolution in fermentation solution, combined with exhaust cooler to restrict vaporation of fermentation solution.

-             Aeration structure and 04 flow barriers make air to disolve in fermentation solution.

-             Pressure gauge, safety valve, sanitary clamp joints on the top.

Control system

-             Digital measure and control system.

-             To measure, control temperature, stir by PID with high accuracy.

-             Certified by standards: ISA-S88, EN-50082-1

-             To measure and control by PLC and touchscreen (optional).

-             To measure and control pH, pO2 (optional)

-             Electrical and pressure safety

-             Error alerts, warnings to be displayed on HMI touchscreen (optional)

-             Standby SCADA network connection to monitor operation of machine via industrial network (optional)
