The kit includes the booklet HATHA YOGA FOR WESTERNERS: Selected Postures and Sequences, with two levels of recordings (beginner and advanced). Hatha Yoga promotes physical, emotional and mental balance, well-being and health. The booklet contains a clear sequence of over **0 drawings matched to simple instructions. There are clear guidelines for beginners. Affects bodily, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Yoga Instruction Recording must be used in conjunction with the booklet. It takes participants through the full yoga sequence at a relaxed and slow pace. Each half of the sequence takes *5 minutes. Ideal for beginners, it assumes no familiarity with yoga. Yoga Practice Recording must also be used in conjunction with the booklet. One track completes the full yoga sequence in *5 minutes, the other in *0 minutes. Beginners can become very skilful by starting with the Instruction recording and moving to the Practice recording as and when they are ready.
