9、Acceptance Criteria: Customers should make the acceptance or objection within 7 days, and pay the balance after the confirmation in 1 week.

*0、After 1 year guaranty, we would continue the maintenance in a confirmed price for every machine: changing the filter, cleaning System, etc.

*1、Customers should operate Air Purifiers contrary to its instructions.

      Any maintenance from the operation against the regulations, maintenance fee should be born by customers.

*2、Fee for changing the Active Carbon& Inorganic Deoxidizer, cleaning the system:**0AED/Set, suggested 5 times/year in shisha smoking restaurant.

*3、We promise would send the professional people to solve any problems in 3 days, after getting the inform from our machine user, for UAE clients.

       We promise sending the Video to teaching your people on how to change the filters, clean the machine, and fixing the problems if other countries.
