we use the cold process method for the production of virgin coconut oil. Freshly picked mature coconuts are split, grated and then coconut water is added then manually pressed to get the coconut milk. the milk is made to stand and ferment naturally overnight. after fermentation, the top scum layer is removed, the middle Virgin Coconut Oil layer is siphoned off in stainless steel container. This oil passes thought filter cloths before placed in their containers.
