Quality:

Uzbek upland cotton of ***0 year crop, **5 types (1.3/*2 – 1.1/8 inches), grades “Birinchi” - “Beshinchi”, all classes (under O’z DSt **4:***1 Standard).

·   Terms of delivery:

FOB – port Iljichevsk (the Ukraine)/Riga (Latvia)/ Bandar Abbas (Iran);

DAF – Sariagach/Oasis/Farab border-exit r/w stations from Uzbekistan;

FCA – specialized cotton terminals of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

EXW– bonded warehouses on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan

·   The price for cotton fibre is determined in US dollars and calculated in the following way and order:

1. The preliminary price for cotton fibre of grade “Birinchi”, class “Urta”, code *5 (staple length of 1.3/*2 inch, type 5) is determined at the average value of quotations "Cotton Outlook" (Liverpool) ***0/*1Forward “A” Index  (Far East values) and its Uzbekistan component;

2. The price for the other grades, classes and codes (types) is determined on the basis of the price “Birinchi”, “Urta”, code *5, according to the following tables of premiums and discounts:
