The compensation policy would be refered as follow:

some problem tire wouldn't sell such as
- 3 code aging tires
- Deforming tires
- Rim side damage tires
- side-wall broke tires
- tread depth problem tires

If the loading size are different from the PI size, we will return your amount (**0% of difference size with quantity).

If there is any quality issue happened after the container arrived to you, please provide proof of bad quality photos, so that we can take care of it for you. Please understand that used tyres are not new, and our company will not provide bad quality tyres to our customer on purpose, because we are looking for long-term business relationship. Please note that within 3% of broken or torn tyres (the 3% broken tyre must under your acceptable, if over 3% of broke tyres, we will reimburse to you) will reimburse base on quantity and size as agreement. However, if the reimbursement is way over *0% of our company standard, it’s obviously we have very different standard on tyre quality, if that happened, unfortunately, we have no choice but to end our business relationship
