About the machine / production line
  This line is applied for the final forming and injection of the twist off / lug caps.When the rough twist off caps are punched forming by the press,they are conveyed to this machine,then the steps of pre-curling,curling,jaw forming,injection are done on this machine for the final shape forming.When finished,the caps are transferred to the connected drying machine for drying.This machine is generally assembled with automatic feeding punch for faster speed of production. It is applicable for the final forming of 3-jaw,4-jaw and 6-jaw twist off caps.

Our factory,

Warranty,
One year after shipment,on proper operation conditions;During the time of warranty, if some components or spare parts get damaged, due to quality problems, the free new ones will be delivered to the buyers for replacement; otherwise, if it is the improper operation that leads to breakage or damage, the new components or spare parts will be provided by us, but they are charged; Beyond the time of warranty, all components for replacement will be charged.

After-sale service,
Necessary training will be provided by us .The clients can dispatch their operators or technicians to our factory for training or our technicians will go to the clients' factory for technical support,like installation,alignment,etc,as well as the training to the local operators.By either means,the clients shall be liable for all the charges, fees for round-trip tickets,visa,accommodation,etc.
