Sugar ICUMSA *5 contracts from *0,**0 to **0,**0 MT or more per month. 

The shipments are made by full ship and are loaded and unloaded by crane in palletized big sacs containing *0 bags of *0 kg each

PROCEDURES

All contracts must be under ICC rules I.C.C **0/**0/**0 

1. BUYER sends LOI With Destination and Quantity Required.

2. SELLER issues a Soft Corporate Offer (SCO).

3. BUYER signs Soft Corporate Offer (SCO).

4. BUYER sends a full ICPO with banking details and POF via MT**0.

5. SELLER accepts and signs ICPO, and issues Draft Sales Purchase Contract in favor of the BUYER, BUYER amends (as needed) signs, stamps, and return contract via email. SELLER and BUYER agree on Verbiage of the proposed payment instrument. Both parties shall immediately lodge this contract with their respective banks.

6. Within *0 days of issuing the signed contract, the BUYER will issue the above LC

revolving, against INVOICE, of one year and one day to the SELLER.

  7. LC revolving, irrevocable, operative, transferable, divisible, rotative, confirmed Letter 

of credit By MT***0, opened for *3 months plus one day (**6). From one TOP *0 World Bank, in the value of USD $XXX

8. Actual payment of goods must be paid TT against BL.

9. Within 5 banking days of the confirmation and verification of the LC the SELLER must confirm by email to the BUYER.

*0. Within XX to XX days of verification and confirmation of the payment, seller shall load the shipment of xxx MT monthly.
