Submersible pumps PF GFV and NDV series

Product Description

PF Series:
The PF Series pumps are designed for big quantity of water removal. It is equipped with a *-pole motor, the lower rpm enables a longer durance of the impeller and suction cover. Our customers can select HCR material for the impeller and wear plate to extend the life span of the parts. The semi-cooled design can ensure a proper protection of the motor from overheating even in low water level. The agitator on the bottom can create water current to stir up the sediment and make the discharge easier. This pump model is usually been used in tunnel construction and river water discharge. The pumps come with 7 different models, motor output from 7.5kw to *2kw, hydraulic head from ****0m and maximum discharge quantity up to 5 cubic meter per minute. This model is also suitable for water discharge contain low percentage of sand (***0%).
 
GFV Series
While most of our pumps are submersible pumps, this model is designed to serve both submerged and as a on land pump. Take sewerage engineering project for example, some pump is not suitable for the job considering its size. Our GFV model can be hanged vertically in the mid-air when proceeding dewatering procedures, which minimize the needed space to place the pump. With a special outer casing, this pump is full water-cooled so no overheating problems. In addition, with the water outlet on the side of the pump, it can keep the sand and stones from causing abrasive damage to the motor casing. Therefore, this pump model is more capable for water discharge containing sand and small stones. It also has an agitator in the bottom.

NDV Series
Some water discharge process may not only have sands, but also pebbles and stones. Designed to serve in heavy duty work, our NDV series can drain out water contains up to *0% of sand and stones. Special designed impeller and agitator guarantee a free passage for up to ****0mm diameter of particles. The cooling fin can ensure a better protection from overheat problems. This pump series are usually been used for processing river dredging and all sort of river remediation projects as well as in sewerage engineering, mine fields, quarry yards and thermal power plant.
