Our premium wagyu meat has an outstanding marbling degree that goes from 6+ to 9+. In order to achieve our exclusive marbling, our animals are bred in an open field and not in a feed-lot. They are on a diet based on wheat, corn and barley. Moreover, all our animals are under the age of 2 years old at the time of entering production with an average weight of **0kg. They are not fed AT ALL with green pastures in order to protect the fat from discoloring. Furthermore, we run ultrasound scans periodically in all our animals to analyze how the marbling is evolving. Along this process, we learn how the meat is maturing and if it is necessary to alter their balanced diet.
