We prepare it in two ways- Salted and Plain without salt, so if making request for purchase do indicate wether you want th fish salted or just plain. Our product is prepared to have long shelf life of at least one month if kept at room temperature. We use farm raised fish from our farm and from farms that do not use antibiotics to raise fish. We are health conscious. We do not use anti-biotics or any additive to enhance our products, We believe that good health can come from eating safe food so we use good methods that limit carbon contents in the finished goods for safety. We package as desired by our clients and deliver world wide through any courier service or logistics company convinient with our client.
