SL***0H Automatic platen
die-cutting and creasing machine is a key equipment for
die-cutting, creasing and cold embossing various packing and
decorating products such as cartons , paper boxes and trade mark
labels .Its professional high-precision indexing mechanism ,thin
sheets reducer , air clutch , pneumatic sampling device and high
speed feeding system ensure smooth feeding and accurate
registering .High strength gripper bar , front and back register
device ,side register device enable its high die-cutting
precision .Original delivery device makes delivery smoothly and
orderly.
The **0×**0mm format is especially suitable for processing four
cigarette boxes at the same plate.
Computer and man-machine interface show all the working state
and troubleshooting methods. Thus complete automation is
achieved.
Key parts, controlling system, main chains and fastening pieces
are imported. Their reasonable design and fine setup guarantee
the high quality of the products.

1).
Feeder:
Stream fed top feed suction unit with a Max speed of
***0 Sheets per hour.
Pre-loading and secondary hoist system to allow
continual running during pile changes.
Feeder table will accept standard pallet or
pre-loading unit.
Photo electric sensor protecting foot trap point at
feeder table lower position. (equipped on CE version)
Adjustable air blow enabling efficient sheet
separation on the full range of raw materials.
Both push and pull side lays on both the near and
off side of the
machine.
Both front lays and side lays fitted with electronic
detection to prevent registration errors of badly position

conveying paper before arriving at front lays, reducing
rebound when paper reach the front lays.

Delivery Section:
Delivery front and side jogging, to ensure a neat
stack on the delivery table pallet.
A sheet sampling system that allows a sheet to be
easily removed during production to check cutting and
registration to print.
Tab inserting unit to enable delivered product to be
removed in accurate batches. (optional extra)
Quick pile change / non-stop running delivery
facility.
Involution photoelectric sensor to prevent delivery
pallet from going too high and paper rolling up
