Product Description

Manufacturing goods, self lubricating bearings, electric contacts, metallic filters, metallic friction discs, dashpot parts, oil pump gears, sprockets, and other wide range of sintered machine parts with precise dimensions and low costs.

Sinter Technology

Production is made by pressing the metal powders in high precision dies with special presses and then by sintering in gas-controlled ovens.

The production sequence is;
1. Powder preparation
2. Pressing
3. Sintering
4. Lubrication (if necessary)
5. Calibration (for small tolerance parts)

According to the physical properties of the part to be made; several metal powders are mixed in various ratios.

Using small pressing rates; self-lubricating bearings and porous filter high elements are made, with high pressing rates, stronger parts are made.
