One drum eccentric vibrate mill structure: The ultra large vibrate mill consists of 1、exciter 4、mill cylinder、7、spring 5、counter weight 6、pedestal、motor、flexible coupling and other parts, the mill cylinder has the feed opening、discharge opening、air vent or the recycle mouth, inside the mill cylinder installed the wear resistant lining plate which is made of the wear resistant steel、ceramic or the high polymer materials. Both sides of the mill are the exciter and the counter weight, they are reliably connected together through the connection device(2).The mill cylinder is installed on the pedestal(6)through the spring(7),and the pedestal and the equipment foundation are fixed through the foundation bolt. The motor is connected to the exciter through the flexible coupling. Working principles: The vibration centre of the one drum eccentric vibrate mill and the gravity center of the vibrate mill are not in the same position, but leaving a certain position, the distance(e)between the rotary center of the vibrator and the gravity center of the vibrate mill is greater than the mill radius(R),because the exciter rotary motion of the one drum eccentric vibrate has strong rotary torque role on the mill and the grinding media, it should not be neglected.
