HD**0 concentrated anionic softener

 [Product brief introduction ]

This product is a concentrate of paste anionic softener. Its properties are the same as paste. It is used for finishing cotton and cotton knitted fabrics.

1. No yellowing, can solve the problem of yellowing caused by cationic softeners.

2. Water absorption is better than non ionic softener.

3. Easy to dissolve and transport.

4. The cotton and cotton knitwear can be given a smooth and plump feel/handle.

[Application method]

Cream diluted to *9% or more

Formula: HD**0 concentrate **0Kg

NaOH 0.*5 Kg

No ion water **0 Kg

Operation:Put the thin slice of the concentration materials(No requirement for the thichness.Then add it into the preheated non-ionic water (*0℃ or above)

 while stirring, stirring speed is not fast, gradually heating up, temperature is controled at about *0℃ , after the material dissolved, cooling to *0 ~ *2℃, add the measured NaOH, adjust PH at 8.4±0.7, then rise to about *5℃, stir to uniform paste with exquisite state, drop the temperature below *0℃ and finally discharge it into plastic barrels.

Treated fabric: cotton knitted fabric

Treatment conditions: diluent 4% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1:*0

Rolling rate (centrifuge):*0%

Dry: *0 ℃ * 1 hours.

[Packaging and storage]

*5Kg plastic bags, wrapped in cartons outside.

Storage and transportation is according with  general chemicals. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place to prevent rain.

The shelf life is two years.

[Note]

1. Batching jar must be cleaned.

2. It should not be used in combination with cationic softeners or cationic surfactants.

3.when using this product,pls make adjustments according to the technological conditions and fabric conditions.
