This kit contains dye-labeled reversibly terminated dNTPS for use in sequencing by synthesis applicaitons.  We offer this reagents in Illumina compatible kits for use on Illumina sequencers or in bulk form so that you can develop a kit for your own sequencer. These kits include all of the reagents required including the dye-labeled reversible terminators, unlabeled reversible terminators, primers, SBS optimized polymerase, buffer, cleave reagent, etc.  Everything you need to perform Sequencing by Synthesis on your own or your Illumina sequencer.
