Due to the increasing price of Transport for local and export clients, a unique formulation was done by Metexo Products CC in the form of a powdered sauce premix. The transport of powders makes it a lot cheaper for transport purposes. This premix is in a powdered form and by mixing 1 part into 9 parts COLD WATER with a high-speed mixer, it becomes a fabulous sauce instantly! This is also an excellent opportunity for job creation . . . . . and the setting up of a mini plant that is required for this process is not too costly at all! The basic requirements would be: Venue Purified Water Electricity - Single Phase Equipment needed: Stainless Steel Tank - Single or Double High Speed Mixer Stainless Steel Table Plastic Bottles with lids Labels Bar Codes Metexo Products CC’s Registered Sauces in the form of Premix: Tomato Sauce Chilli Sauce Mustard Sauce Chicken Sauce (new!) * MAYONNAISE * is also available in the form of a premix. Premix to be mixed with water AND oil. (Metexo Products CC will assist with advice and training).
