open an Irrevocable, Confirmed Letter of Credit at sight - **0% at loading port.
6) Loading Port : Richards Bay Coal Terminal, Republic of South Africa. The loading quantity for the
Initial shipments will be as per RBCT loading capacity barring weather conditions and elements beyond
our direct control. PRODUCT IS ALREADY AT THE PORT.
7) Quantity: **0 **0 - **0 **0 Metric Tons with option of *6 months with R & E
8) Delivery: within *4 days (PS: The delivery period shall reckon from the date of receipt of
IRREVOCABLE CONFIRMED Letter of Credit at our bank counter).

*0) Inspection: SGS or SABS by seller. Any other independent international inspection company may be
used at buyers expense if desired, but may not be recognized as part of payment procedures.
FORMAL PROCEDURES
PS: This FCO issued by the seller is to be read in association with the general Incoterms.
1. Buyer will sign and seal the FCO and return to the seller with their draft LC.
2. Seller will then issue draft contract to buyer.
3. Buyer will sign and seal the sales contract and email to seller who in turn issues a Pro-forma
Invoice.
4. Buyer issues Non Operative LC and seller issues 2% Performance Bond after which LC is
operative.
5. Lay-can dates confirmed followed by vessel loading.
