1.Chicken Feeding System

Its main function of the system is to convey feed from the hopper into each feed pan to ensure the eating of poultry chickens and automatically control the driving motor on/off by feed sensor to achieve the aim of automatic feeding.

(1)Feed pan

• Feed amount could be adjusted to different gear level according to actual situation.
• Feed pan slide switch could adjust feed flow until it is filled.
• Feed pan is convenient, accurate and quick to adjust feed flow, the operation is to hand by outside grids and rotate up and down.
• Pan bottom can be disassembled on ground,working specially as a pan for **7 day old chickens.
• Pan plate of V shape design can reduce feed storage on bottom,so that birds can always have fresh feed.The design can also prevent birds from staying too long on the plate.
• The edge of pan plate tilt towards the center,which can avoid waste of food.
• The smooth edge can prevent the craw of birds from hurting and make sure safety and comfort feeding.
• Installation of feed pan along conveying-pipe could be fixed or swing type
