harvesting teams equipped with modern
harvesting machines to transport fresh olives to the factory
within 8 hours to obtain high quality olive oil.
Genuine cold pressing process is operated
under*7°C.
Periodic quality testing and olive pomace drainage is performed
to the olive oil that is stored under constant temperature,
light and humidity inchrome nickel steel
tanks.
Riviera (pure) olive oil is a naturel blend of
refined olive oil and extra virgin olive oil. It has a
light taste with a very light olive aroma.
Fewness of phenolic ingerdients gives a smooth
bitterness to this oil. Its acidity is maximum 1 % (
oleic acid ).We recommend this product for both frying and
cooking.
