Description

ProteinRuler® IV is composed of six unstained recombinant proteins (*0 kDa, *0 kDa, *0 kDa, **0 kDa, **0 kDa, **0 kDa ) and one blue prestained recombinant protein (*0 kDa). Prestained protein is obvious to monitor electrophoresis. **0 kDa band is a double intensity band for convenient identification of protein molecular weight.

• MW range from *0 kDa to **0 kDa.

• Ready-to-use format, no heating and reductant are required.

Storage buffer

50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 6.8), 5 mM EDTA, *0 mM DTT, *0% glycerol, 1% SDS, 0.*1% phenol red

Instruction for Use

• It is in a ready-to-use format without heating and reducing agent.

• Completely thaw and mix well before use and use the following volumes of the ladder on 8% Tris-glycine SDS gel: 5 μl per well for mini gel; *0 μl per well for large gel.
