Product Description

The production line of decorative heat-insulating panels is meant for production of decorative facades, with preservation of heat-insulating properties. Also the line is intended for production of panels of economy class which in the near future will occupy a niche of the most widespread facing materials. This line has no analogues, developed by its own design bureau on the program of import substitution and alternatives to existing materials.

The panel fastening system ensures smooth joints, and does not pass moisture and cold. Due to the 5 layers of the coating a protective layer is created;  this layer ensures the service life of the panels for about *0 years. On this line it is possible to use both foam complex and styrofoam, soon innovative material which will replace both foam complex and styrofoam will be made, and will be delivered only for production of these panels on our equipment (now the patent on this material is protected). The fraction of the outer layer of marble chips can vary up to 5 mm. The color scheme of the finished product is limited only by your imagination. Intermediate layers for better adhesion connected by line pouring of special acrylic glue (designed specifically for this line and this production)

At the moment, the market price for these panels is dictated by several manufacturers. The cost of the panels is inflated, due to manual or semi-automatic production, and the lack of possibility of their production on a large scale.

Principle of operation:

The technology of production of decorative panels includes several stages. At the first stage the sheet of a foam complex (Styrofoam) is processed, edges are formed, saws on 3 panels and assembly grooves are milled. Then the material is automatically sent to the filling and sprinkle line. Pouring and sprinkling takes place in 3 stages, with the appropriate number of dryers in drying tunnels, where the final formation of the protective and decorative layer take place. Painting of the material can be done in advance in mixers, and also at the stage of coating, depending on the needs of the client, which is prescribed in advance in the technical task to the line. At the output we get the finished product, which is manually stored in the package and transported to the finished product warehouse.
