Color coated plate

Color coated plate, also known as color steel plate in the industry, 
uses cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as basic plate, 
which goes through surface pretreatment (degreasing, cleaning and 
chemical conversion treatment), and is coated (roller coating method) 
with paint continuously, and then baked and cooled into the finished product. 
The coated steel plate is light and beautiful, has good corrosion resistance, 
and can be directly processed. It provides a new material for construction, 
shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, furniture and electrical industries, 
and plays a good role in steel replacing wood, efficient construction, 
energy conservation, and pollution prevention.

Tn mạ mu

Tn mạ mu cn được gọi l tn thp mạ mu hay tn cuộn sơn mu, 
sử dụng cuộn thp cn nguội hoặc cuộn thp mạ kẽm lm nền, 
bề mặt được xử l trước (gia nhiệt, lm sạch v xử l ho chất), 
sau đ sơn mu (phương php sơn lăn bằng ru l) bằng qu trnh sơn lin tục, 
tiếp đ được xấy kh v lm mt ra thnh phẩm cuối cng. Tn mu sang, đẹp, 
chống ăn mn tốt, c thể sử dụng gia cng trực tiếp ngay. Đy l loại nguyn liệu 
mới cho ngnh xy dựng, đng tu, sản xuất xe hơi, cho cng nghiệp nội thất v 
cng nghiệp điện, đng vai tr quan trọng trong việc thay thế gỗ bằng thp, hiệu 
quả trong xy dựng, tiết kiệm năng lượng cũng như chống  nhiễm.
