The PDP***0
is designed to be different from other dispensers. Unlike typical
time-pressure dispensing systems, it utilizes a direct drive
mechanism to deliver precise amounts of air-free epoxy. It is a
truth volumetric dispenser because there is no margin of dispensing
error due to air pressure or viscosity variability. The PDP***0
dispenses the exact volume of programmed epoxy or adhesive every
time.
The
PDP***0 is compatible with all epoxies and adhesives packaged in
standard *0 and *0cc industrial barrels. The problem of wasted
dried and cured material is entirely eliminated because no moving
apparatus comes into contact with the epoxy or adhesive
throughout the entire procedure. Its built-in features also
ensure no dripping or drooling of material after
dispensing.
Designed to be mounted on dispensing robots, it comes with a user-friendly, features-packed controller. The controller allows users to enter the volume to be dispensed in a variety of different ways. Fully equipped with a microprocessor, it allows the saving of up to 9 programs.
