Lian Jun has more than *5 years of experience in mold fabrication and injection molding. Our current workforce is about ***0 employees. Lian Jun possess excellent infrastructures and has the capability to provide integrated services ranging from mold design up to production. Our tool room facilities comprises of CNC, Wirecut, EDM, Surface Grind and Lathe which is able to make more than *0 molds per month. In our injection workshop, we have **4 presses ranging from *0T to **0T fully equipped with robotic arms. Secondary facilities include auto-spray painting, pad print, silkscreen, laser marking, ultrasonic welding and mechanical sub-assembly. With the state-of-art equipments, we strive to achieve zero quality defects and produce excellent parts.
