honey production with *5%.
PineHoney is a type of honey produced by
bees by using secretions of an insect called as Marchalina
Hellenica living on pine trees which existing in the Agean and
Mediterranean regions of Turkey.
Pine honey has about ten times the mineral content than floral
honey and a much higher than average amino acids content. Pine
honey contains more hypha and spor in its content. The
characteristics of the hypha contained in Turkish pine honey are
unique which do not exist in anywhere in the world. So that means
it is higher in oligosaccharides than blossom honeys. These
compounds are helpful to the digestive system. Pine Honey is dark
and misty colored, has unique bitter aroma and warm taste than
blossom honeys.
