Peanut butter paste line

Complete Peanut butter Paste Manufacturing and PackingPlant consist of two seperate production lines - one for buckets and one for bottles. The bucket line can fill 5kg***0kg buckets. The bottle-ing plant can fill two set sizes as per setting. Only one bottle size can run at any stage. IOW one bucket size and one bottle size can run simultaniously.  These set sizes must fall between **0g*1kg. The plant consist of the following:

2 units   ********0kg/h Milling Machines (smooth-cruchy) complete with Automatic salt/sugar feed and mixing

2 units   ***0L 3 layer mixing tank for complete homogenous mix and stabilizer reacting tank with cooling jacket

4 units    Variable speed sanitary lobe pumps

2 units    Air cooled water chiller that supply cooling tank and scraped surface paste cooler

2 units    Scraped surface heat exchanger paste coolers with inside and outside jacket cooling

2 units    Bucket filling stations

2 units    Bottle feeders

2 units    Automatic bottle filling stations

1 unit      Automatic bottle capper

1 unit      Automatic bottle labeler

1 unit      Automatic bottle expiry/serial printer

1 unit      Packing table

1 unit      Shrink wrap Tunnel

This particaular plant can do **0Mtons/month without working overtime and can be run with as little as 6 workers. Production will double with nightshift as this is a complete continueous plant.

Each plant can be customised to buyer needs and to level of automation required. All plants will comply with world food and health standards made of stainless steel **4l or **6l.
