Nail and Crush Tester for Li Battery

* This standard tester follows UL***4.
* In the front side of the testing box is explosion-proof transparent glass for monitoring. Other sides are stainless steel and there are two holes, that one is for sensors and another is for pressure relief.
* The velocity and force of the nail or penetration plate can be adjusted.
* We can design the nail following the standard or your need. The bottom plate can be designed as jig for your battery.

Hydraulic penetration test- The nail diameter is 0.**5 inch and the nail with tip radius 0.9 mm and tip angle *5o. The range of time of nail-hold can be set 0.1s***9min.
Crush test- crushing force is *3kN. Steady force test- force is **0N±*0N and can hold from 0.1s to **9min. Temperature test- **0~**0℃
