Mica Tape for motor Type: *****1, *****1, ****1 Mica tape for motor is made of mica paper, with epoxy resin and backed with glass cloth on both sides. Good flexibility and electric properties after being wound on coil through mould with pressing for cutting and forming. It is fit for insulation of large and medium-sized high voltage electrical equipments. Three series adopt different adhesive. Thermal grade: *****1 series B class *****1 and ****1 series F class Type *****1 Thermal grade: F class The mica tape is using mica paper as base material, epoxy adhesive as binder and alkali free glass cloth as reinforcing material. Perfectly flexible under the normal temperature and can be processed by vacuum pressure impregnating technology (VPI) to with impregnating resin compatible with the mica tape and then be solidified. High mica content and excellent electrical property, it is suitable for the VPI insulation of large and medium size high voltage electric motors and generators. We also supply all kinds of mica plate and mica parts.
