Metal-rubber suspension bushings

Typical vibration dampers that isolate the chassis from vibrations transmitted from the wheels to the suspension during operation of a car are metal-rubber bushings called “sinenblocks” and rubber bushings.
KAMOKA metal-rubber bushings are made by thermal binding of metal bushings with elastomer in an automated production process. Workmanship in terms of meeting the material requirements, durability requirements, geometric parameters and adjusting to high requirements concerning the elements taking part in repairs. Often the durability of those elements is higher than that of cars leaving the production line, because the forces affecting them are higher than those in new teams because of bigger aggregate slacks increasing with time of using the complex of cooperating parts.
