Kral Tekstil has a real production chain based in Kahramanmaras, starting from selection of high quality of cotton, analyzing the strength, the dimensional stability, durability, the hygroscopicity, the breathability, the ecologic, the biodegradability, the thermoregulation, antipilling, and receptive to dyeing and finishing processes that performs a range of treatments on tissues in order to improve the characteristics (strength, consistency, smoothness). The process starts from the cotton’s selection and then transforming it in line with the most advanced technologies up to the mesh, the dyeing and finishing, after a series of processes to ensure a qualified product. All knitted fabrics such as interlock, jersey, elastic jersey, piquet, piquet elastic, plush, plush elastic, viscous, pure cotton, cotton with lycra, cotton and polyester, ribana, printed fabrics and garments are the results of twenty years’ experience. Kral Tekstil uses the latest technologies, continuous running tests for each product, control of raw fabric, finishing, coloring preparation, printing and dyeing, fixing, finishing and final test of the tissues in our laboratories to ensure and improve the quality of these .
