Mode Locking Part:
1.Double elbow machine hinge lock mechanism ,high strength ductile iron with CNC precision machining to make sure it sturdy and durable.
2.Automatic front, after the move tendency clamping system, can be set from the nozzle casting nozzles or manner.Large mold space, realize automatic mould thickness adjustment.
3,Equipped with hydraulic automatic lifting mold base function, can choose center or offset injection location.



Adjustable die part:
1.Mould adjusting device with a motor control chain die adjusting and hydraulic control in two ways, all have the advantages of simple operation, convenient adjustment
2.Intelligent automatic mold adjustment program, accurate calculation of capacity of mold position,convenient replacement of mold, improve efficiency.
