Product Description

We are licensed under EPAL and ISPM *5 /standard *5/. We possess 1 **0 m3 certified dryers, thus we can offer various types of products according to our customers' requirements. The dimensions of the pallet we can produce are from **0 mm x **0 mm to ***0 mm x ***0 mm. The materials, consumables and machines that we use for manufacturing the pallet are in full conformity with the requirements of EPAL: 
-Wood - poplar and pine /for the stringer boards/ - 
-Nails - nails certified by EPAL - delivery from BEKSAN - a company certified by EPAL for production of nails: 
-Bulk nails RING 2,*0 x *0 x 8,*0 mm 
-Bulk nails RING 3,*0 x *0 x 8,*0 mm 
-Bulk nails RING 3,*0 x *0 x 8,*0 mm - 
  Certified dryers for thermal treatment and drying of the finished production - the pallets' humidity after the thermal treatment is below *2% 
- EPAL certification for the manufacturing process, the used equipment and the quality of the finished product; all finished products are monitored and assessed by a representative of EPAL - Germany. At the production process all the requirements and standards under the European legislation on safety at work are strictly observed.
