Product Description

Window:
1.3 pieces of 5mm thick tempered safety glass sashes in a stainless steel frame, able to sliding laterally
   in the frame and vertically with the frame.
2.Frame balanced from elevation and sides so as it can be stopped at any position by pulling up or down.
3.Stainless steal handle along the glass edge, sprayed with epoxy resin powder. 
Exterior Structure:
1.0 mm thick cold rolled steel folded, welded, polished, acid cleaned, phosphoresced, and coated with 
electrostatic, corrosion resistant and oven dried spray paint.
Interior Claddings:
5 mm thick compact panels on the side with air flow guides on top to protect the wall and facilitate air 
discharge. Modular construction that can be easily disassembled for cleaning and reassembled. Acids, 
Alkalis, moisture and high temperature resistant.
Working table:
Chemicals, impact and moisture resistant of not less than *9 mm thickness with built in rounded edges rim of not less than *5 mm thickness and continuous on all four sides of the table.Made
of epoxy resin panel.
Lighting:
*0 Watt antisepsis daylight lamp fitted in gas insulated housing to provide not less than **0 LUX of light 
flux on the working table.
External control /operation panel:
1. Two sets of **0 volt/ *0 Amp electric socket outlets and light and fan on/off switches.
2. Yellow brass, epoxy resin coated water control valve.
3.Yellow brass, epoxy coated gas control valve with safety function to avoid air leakage.The valve will not be 
   unintentionally turned on unless you press it.
Storage Cupboard:
1. 4 double walled doors made of 1.0 mm thick cold-rolled steel and spray painted as specified above.
2. Stainless steel handles and hinges.
3. Single water faucet made of yellow brass and treated with epoxy backed paint.
4. Single gas faucet made of yellow brass and treated with epoxy backed paint.
5. PP United Cup, resistant to acids, alkalis and organic impregnations.
Face velocity:
Its 0.**0.6m/s  when we open the sash at *4. (when the sash is fully opened).
Remark:
1. We can add polypropylene storage cabinet in the under cabinet to store strong chemicals, also for fan and duct if its required by customers. 
2.The standard type of control panel is LCD monitor.
3. We can furnish custom-built fume hood based on customers requirement.
