Sack pulse high-efficiency duster

Tarzans Pulse Duster provides high efficiency air filtration by featuring both a high volume, and a short circulation time. Adopting the latest technique of high-energy filtration, the Pulse Duster provides thorough filtration of air born particles, and requires only minimal down time for offline cleaning. This system offers a wide adaptability and a long service life. The Tarzan Pulse Duster removes air born dust particles efficiently, and meets the current new State Environmental Emission Control Standards (emission concentration, thermal equipment<**0mg/Nm3,ventilation plant<*0mg/Nm3) requirements.
Air swept filtration and bagging systems are widely used in a variety of cement, metallurgy, casting, machinery, mining, and chemical industries.

Dust filtered from the air passing through the machine collects in a dust storage bin and is then diverted into the bagging unit. The filtration process uses a bag filter system which accumulates dust particles from the air until a preset resistance limit (generally set at ***0Pa) is reached, at which time the machine automatically discharges the dust particles into the storage bin before resetting and restarting. This process involves the suction being stopped momentarily while compressed air is fed back into the filter bag causing the discharge of the dust particles into the dust storage bin. Filtered air is continually discharged back into the room throughout the filtration process.

Structure of the Pulse Bag Filter:
The Pulse Duster bag filter is made up of the upper box, middle box, dust bin, air suction pipes, bag stand and injection device, dust discharging device, and other structural components.
