pen, chemicals, caustic and chlorine. A unique system for washing
chicken broiler carcasses in a "contactless shower" is used, with
the broiler chicken carcasses being on individual pendants
excluding touching. Evisceration and chopping of broiler chickens
occurs completely automatically. The cooling of poultry meat after
slaughter occurs to a temperature of *2 ° C.
