Our Payment Terms for the initial orders will
be;
- *5% ADVANCE PAYMENT AGAINST PROFORMA INVOICE TO SERVE FOR
PRE-SHIPMENT EXPENSES
- *0% AFTER COMPLETION OF SHIPMENT AGAINST BILL OF LADING
COPIES
- *5% AFTER DELIVERY AND RECEIPT OF GOODS AT DESTINATION PORT
BY BUYER.
Our Payment Terms for the Main Contract orders after
successful trial order will be;
- **0% DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDIT (LC) PAYABLE AT
SIGHT.
Note that our Payment terms are very flexible depending on the
order quantities you require.
So you are permitted to let us know in your response email your
proposed terms.
The only terms we do not accept from a new buyer for a first
shipment order is a full **0% LC (Letter Of
Credit),
Because we require a deposit payment to serve in Pre-shipment
and Logistics expenses to get your shipment done.
Reasons Being:
1). We have clients who order thousands of tons every
month. Imagine we have to load these thousands of tons and
ship out to each of them on **0% LC basis, you
see that we shall be loading a lot of goods and sending out
without payment and it puts a financial strain on our
company because it gets heavy. As such, we can only do
**0% LC for your subsequent orders, when we have
been in business and payment for initial deal has been
completed.
2). LC payments here sometimes take
*****0 days, that's why we prefer to do
**0% LC in subsequent orders when business
has already commenced.
3). It is company policy that we don't work with
**0% LC for start up orders. We can do this
for subsequent orders, not this one
Once we receive this information, we shall then be able to
register your order into our company system and
move forward.
If the above terms and conditions are workable with you and
you want to move forward with your order kindly send us a
confirmation email or adjust the attached LOI and send it
back to us so that we can issue you our purchase
agreement.
