Product Description

The microwave linear sensors modifications FMW*3, FMW*3T are intended for the protection of different sites and for detecting an intruder crossing the detection zone.

The sensor is a bistatic microwave device for outdoor protection containing Rx and Tx.

The principle of operation is based on the creating of an electromagnetic field between Rx and Tx. This field provides a volumetric detection zone in the form of a long ellipsoid of rotation. All the changes of the field caused by intruders' crossing of the detection zone are recorded.

The sensor is intended for continuous round-the-clock outdoor operation at an ambient temperature:

- FMW*3: from **0 ºC up to **5 ºC;

- FMW*3T: from **0 ºC up to **5 ºC.

The sensors of FMW*3 modification have CE certificates.

The variety of modifications FMW*3, FMW*3T lets the customer choose the appropriate sensor for the definite site, optimize the use of technical security equipment and minimize the cost at the expense of the difference of sensors price.

High noise immunity.

The sensor is immune to the influence of electromagnetic fields (power lines up to **0 kV).

The sensor is able to detect an intruder crawling through the site if the detection zone is correctly prepared and the sensor is correctly adjusted.

Protection from storm discharge and high-voltage pickup.

All sensor units are made of light-stabilized plastic that protects them from corrosion.

Rx and Tx cables are protected from the environment by a corrugated hose.
