By means of patching a reinforcement in the handle area and including side and bottom gussets in the package design, unique characteristics can be developed with different sized options. To reach excellent visual properties, LDPE and MDPE plastics are widely employed in softloop bags for their shiny surface finish. If matte finish is required for die cut handle bags, HDPE provides perfect surface finish with improved impact strength and less stretch compared to lower density plastics.
