Application（应用）
The machine mainly clean the high-strength steel round link chains with φ*0～*6mm.It mainly use high speed shots stream to hit the surface of loop chain to clean the oxide scale and rust layer. It will obtain the roughness and evenly metal color to improve coating quality and corrosion resistance.
 
Main structure
Cleaning room,  chamber sealing, up-platform, down-platform, elevator, helical conveyor, separator, impeller head, loop chain drive device, separate device, electrical control system, dedusting system, silencing system.
 
Working principle
The machine is a through type shot blasting machine. It is driven by the steel round link chain ,the work pieces will enter the cleaning room. when the chain passes the throwing area, it will  hit by the 4 set different direction shots. It mainly use high speed shots stream to hit the surface of loop chain to clean the oxide scale and rust layer. The mixture will sent in the bottom of the elevator through helical conveyor. The clean steel shots will enter into the storage bucket for blast recycle.
