Extrusion Magnetic Strip

Product Description

Extrusion magnetic strip (flexible magnet/bonded ferrite magnet) is made by mixing ferrite magnet powder with synthetic rubber or plastic (CPE, NBR etc.). It can be easily scissor cut, knife cut, die cut, punched, folded and twisted without damaging the magnetic properties. It doesn't contain hazardous chemicals and any harmful composition to people's health.

Extrusion magnetic strip is widely used for display, fridge door, house window or door, warehouse signs, etc.

The extrusion magnetic strip has a UV hardened coating on magnetized side.
On non-magnetized side, all sorts of self-adhesives can be laminated depends on customers’ requests, such as Chinese adhesive,3M, Tesa etc..
Some popular profiles such as "T", "C" and "H" are available.

Working Temperature: Operation temperature range is recommended from **0°Fto **0°F (**0°C / + *5°C).
Flexibility: At *8°F (*0°C), the magnetic sheet can be coiled to a 1/2’’ (*2.7mm) radius without cracking.
Density: 3.5 to 3.8 g/cm³
