EVOH Composite Anti-Oxygen Permeated Pipe extrusion line

The production line is specially used to make *-layer/*-layer barrier pipe with oxygen barrier. The structure of the barrier pipe is covering EVOH plastic oxygen barrier at the outside and middle of the PP-R、PE、PB、PE-RT、PA*1、ABS、PEXb and PPR plastic pipe, and glue with thermosol among each layer. The barrier pipe can greatly reduce the oxygen permeability into the common plastic pipe, and therefore reduce the corrosion of the oxygen on the pipe system.
EVOH Composite Anti-Oxygen Permeated Pipe has many advantages such as excellent non-permeability and scent preservation, good anti-ultraviolet ray and other radiations, enlarging the pipe’s lifespan for anti-aging and effectively avoiding breeding of germ in the inside wall of pipe. Integrating the experiences of KONRUN co., ltd on extrusion and compounding technique, the production line uses multi-layer co-extrusion process and is equipped with appropriative screw and extrusion dies, the production line has the characteristics of stable process, advanced technique and easy operation, etc.
