Product Specification

Product Description

We produce several kinds of EVA and PE foam sheets.  We also produce per your specification.

EVA is the co-polymer of Ethylene and Vinyl-Acetate (VA) produced under high pressure of 2, **0 ATM.  The one of the characteristics of EVA is its affinity with another polymers.  EVA can be easily mixed with another polymer that has different density, rubber elasticity, and flexibility.  If the VA content increases, flexibility also increase.  EVA foams are resilient in nature, giving them outstanding recovery characteristics
that provide outstanding cushioning protection.

Polyethylene (PE) is a class of thermoplastics practically ubiquitous in consumer products. PE with different densities or material properties is created by using different catalysts during the polymerization process.  For example, HDPE is produced with the catalyst chromium, which causes the molecular chains to branch less and therefore possess a higher density.  Cross-linked PE foam h
