1. How to confirm my order?

You have to write an e-mail using the contact form or call the number provided in the Contact tab.

2. Will I get a confirmation of the placed order?

We will send the confirmation with a pro forma VAT invoice to the e-mail address.

3. Payment details.

The order will be accepted for processing upon making a down payment of *0% of the value of the goods.

Once the order is ready for shipment, the customer will receive a notification together with a VAT invoice. 

The payment term for the total amount is 3 business days from the date of receiving the VAT invoice.

4. Delivery

The delivery time will be determined over e-mail or telephone upon crediting the payment. 

The shipment will be sent from the company headquarters at the following address:

The cost of delivery is counted after sending an email based on distance from company headquarters.
