1  Basic specifications of drilling rig conform to API Specs & SY/T********9 standard. All equipments and accessories are manufactured as per API requirements.
2  �DC motor driven drilling rig adopts an advanced AC-SCR-DC power control system. The drawworks, the rotary table and the mud pump can perform stepless speed regulation to get excellent drilling performance.
3  C variable frequency motor driven drilling rig adopts an advanced AC-VFD-AC power control system. Any hoisting speeds, rotary speeds and pump strokes can be adjusted, and any speed regulation & power utilization of them can be improved as a result of taking VFD and digital control technology.
4  The equipment on the floor and the mast can be installed at ground level and raised to high position with power of drawworks due to using a parallelogram integrally raising substructure.
5  �The hydraulic disc brake is used as main brake of the drawworks. The braking torque is large and it is reliable to brake. The brake handle is located in the driller’s console to greatly reduce the intensity of driller’s labor.
6  The chain box driving the rotary table is placed under the rig floor. There is a large operational zone for ease of installing and aligning the rotary table.
7  �Auxiliary brake of the drawworks can be either an eddy current brake or EATON brake, which is easy to control, improves reliability, and extends the service life of disc brakes and brake blocks at the time of tripping. The drums are provided with Lebus grooves that improve line spooling. The crown-o-matic runs accurately and reliably. A height indicator for traveling block is also equipped to increase drilling safety.
8  The drawworks is provided with auto feed driller to realize auto drilling.
9  �The rotary table has a gearbox with two gears, which is chain or gear driven.
