Our SOP includes:
1. PO from Buyer with Attorney contact details.
2. GG Advisors, LLC ("GGA" or "Seller") attorney contacts Buyer's attorney. Capacity for both sides established; POF/ BCL provided by Buyer's attorney.
3. GGA attorney signs off and approves PO, which converts into an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order from GGA to Factory.
4. Factory Approves and Consigns/Books into Scheduling/Allocation System for **0M Boxes. Schedule communicated to Buyer through GGA Mngt.
5. Factory and related details provided to Buyer.
6. PSA and Escrow agreements are negotiated and executed.
7. Buyer places funds covering full value of Order into Escrow Account; thereafter shipping of Order commences via aircraft to Buyer's designated US airport.
8. Buyer receives documents including, but not limited to, packing list, tracking detail, certificate of origin and SGS report.
9. Product cleared and Seller arranges for Buyer's access to warehouse. Buyer inspects product and accepts.
