Stationary Concrete Plant
Our Stationary Concrete Plants are designed and manufactured in line with the CE standards. They provide the ability of easy maintenance. The materials used are in compliance with the quality standards. The materials are delivered to the production line in a state completely sandblasted and coated with shock primer. The material selections are made by making the statics and strength calculations. Our designs aim at facilitating the use by the customers and no concession is made on the manufacturing quality. In case desired, it is possible to apply enclosure (Panel Sandwich or Galvanized Sheet) and automatic calibration system to our plants. The plants are able to be installed rapidly and easily and they have practical and convenient use.
 
Mobile Concrete Plant
Our mobile concrete plants are designed considering the CE standards and the materials employed are selected carefully. The materials delivered to the production line are sandblasted on their entire surface, subjected to the mechanical cleaning and painted. The products purchased in a ready to use state are the most preferred materials of their respective classes and are of the proven brands on the worldwide scale (Mix, Rexroth, Poffer, Sicoma, etc.). Our body system has a structure with central articulation providing the ability of easy installation and assembly. Our mobile concrete plants may be delivered to any desired location by means of a single trailer truck and they are also designed and manufactured in line with the specifications for the highways. Our mobile concrete plants, having a highly efficient and ergonomic structure, are shipped to numerous European countries and they operate in a problem-free manner.
 
Mixer
Depending on the demands of the customers, we are able to employ four different types of concrete mixers in our concrete plants: Single Shaft, Twin Shaft, Planetary or Pan type. For the wear plates, the Ni-Hard 4 material is used in the regions with high friction, and ST**2 or Hardox **0 material is used in the other regions. These are designed taking into consideration the CE standards in a way to allow easy use and maintenance.
 
Dry System Stationary Concrete Plant
Our Dry System Concrete Plants are designed and manufactured in line with the CE standards. They provide the ability of easy maintenance. The materials used are in compliance with the quality standards. The materials are delivered to the production line in a state completely sandblasted and coated with shock primer. The material selections are made by making the statics and strength calculations. Our designs aim at facilitating the use by the customers and no concession is made on the manufacturing quality. The plants are able to be installed rapidly and easily and they have practical and convenient use. The system is designed for manual use and it is also able to be adapted for the fully automatic operation in case desired.
