ATP Environment thermal oxidizers reduce air pollution emissions from a variety of industrial processes.

Using the principle of thermal oxidation, a combustion process, the contaminants within the

polluted exhaust gas react with oxygen in a temperature controlled environment.

The chemical oxidation reaction destroys the contaminants in the polluted exhaust gas before

discharging it back into the atmosphere.

What is released is an innocuous emission of CO2, water vapor, and heat.

• Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer

Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer is an energy-saving system that oxidizes and decomposes VOCs at **0°C or higher.

It is suitable for the treatment of high concentration gases and for use as a post-treatment unit.

A ceramic medium is packed as a heat storage material in the heat exchanger.

The thermal efficiency is adjustable from *5% to *5%, allowing minimized

energy consumption and requiring little supplemental fuel to deliver the greatest impact in energy savings.

With the target exhaust gas highly concentrated, by installing a waste heat boiler,

heat can be recovered as steam and hot air, a heat medium.

• Catalytic Thermal Oxidizer

While direct combustion exhaust treatment system works at high temperatures from ***- **0°C,

ATP Environment Catalytic Thermal Oxidizer, which uses a catalyst for treatment,

can operate at low temperatures from **0°C to **0°C.

It produces less NOx through high-temperature oxidation and consumes less fuel, resulting in smaller CO2 emissions.

This system is routinely used in the presence of organic solvents with

average concentrations between 1 and *0 g/m3 and has easy management and maintenance

and allows even unskilled operators to intervene without difficulties.

Different solutions are available: honeycomb structure for high flow rates

or pellets and metal oxides for low VOC concentrations.
